Involved in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties.  Dealing with owners, tenants and customers on a daily basis in the preparation of proposals for the purchase of buildings and land acquisitions.  Has represented local & international tenants in the leasing of office and industrial properties in excess of 500,000 SF. 

Currently managing medium sized buildings comprising over 100,000 SF of office space in Bergen County.  Established a property management program for owners for the collection of rents and supervising the day to day maintenance issues involved in commercial buildings.  Responsible for the handling of monthly invoice review and payment.  Subcontract and supervise tenant fit-up, building repairs and responded to tenant issues.  Issued monthly financial reports to owners of collections and disbursements. 

GRANT  PROPERTIES  October 1980 – May 1995 

Involved in the site development and marketing of more then 600 acres of up-scale residential subdivisions in Northern New Jersey, including the areas of Alpine, Saddle River, Montville and Englewood Cliffs.  Supervised the planning, design and construction of luxury homes of up to 9,000 square feet.  Handled municipal applications and approvals.

Developed through the approval process and construction phases the company’s 150,000 sq.ft., 8-story headquarters office building in Fort Lee, New Jersey.  Renovated and added 200,000 sq. ft. to an existing 285,000 sq.ft. shopping center in Centereach, Long Island, New York. Oversaw the renovation, leasing and management of a 17-story, 65,000 sq.ft. office/retail building in downtown Manhattan.

Managed all daily maintenance issues of the various commercial properties.  Handled tenant lease negotiations between brokers, customers, landlord and attorneys.  Supervised the fitout of demised spaces and common areas for the office and retail projects.  Prepared budgets and estimates for new construction and renovation work.  Prepared AIA Requests for Payment for construction loan disbursements.
